The TuffServ software platform is open: it is based on open source system software, and uses no "closed" undocumented interfaces. Our customers are welcome to install their own applications on the platform as required.

TS 480	The baseline TS 480 offers a pair of gigabit (1000Base-T) Ethernet interfaces. For ease of configuration and maintenance, a standard PC analog "VGA" video output and two USB2.0 ports are located behind the "Service Port" door. A Remote Power Control line is also provided on the power connector.
TS 480GE	The TS 480GE increases the number of gigabit Ethernet interfaces available to five. Each physical interface provides the same functionality as on the base model. Note that the aggregate bandwidth of the ports exceeds that of the system.
TS 480FP	Particularly popular with developers of high-volume systems such as RADARs, the Serial Front Panel Data Port (sFPDP) interface is offered by the TS 480FP. Offering two low-latency 2.5Gbit/s fiber optic interfaces together with one gigabit Ethernet and the standard service ports and power control interface.
TS 480LL	The TS 480LL offers four parallel interfaces, to serve applications using 8 bit + clock LVDS parallel interfaces. Each interface supports data rates in excess of 40MB/sec. To better match legacy systems, the TS 480LL uses a serial (RS-232) command interface, and does not expose Ethernet or service ports on the front panel.
