SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – CA

General Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, including month-end closing, accounts receivable/collection, tax management, fixed assets, commissions, system integration, automation, and general ledger duties. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate account balances and reports are essential for success in this role. The Senior Accountant will report to the Financial Controller.

Principle Duties
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely monthly financial close processes.
- Manage AR and Collection processes.
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliation.
- Consolidate financial data on foreign subsidiary.
- Prepare cash flow forecast.
- Responsible for fixed asset management.
- Manage sales commissions calculations and ensure accuracy and timeliness of commission payments.
- Manage various tax compliance processes, including payroll tax, sales tax, property tax and business license filings.
- Assist in accounting and finance system integration and automation.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and prepare actual vs budget report.
- Maintain and update company accounting procedures and processes.
- Support various audits including governmental audits, tax audits, 401K audits and Workers Comp audits etc.,
- Assist in project accounting.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Previous experience as an Accountant, Junior Accountant, or Accounting Supervisor
- Experience with Costpoint software is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Proficiency with accounting software and experience with software system implementation is a plus.
- Defense industry experience, cost accounting, and project accounting experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Electronic Systems Assembler II – CA

General Overview
The Electronic Systems Assembler performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

- Performs advanced mechanical assemblies & sub-assemblies
- Operates hand and power tools to complete assemblies
- Board level assembly of electronic systems
- Cable harness assembly
- Support of engineering prototype builds

- Interacts with management and team members to encourage effective communication on production floor
- Performs standard testing and major troubleshooting
- Ensures quality standards are met throughout all steps of the assembly process
Qualifications
- Ability to read assembly prints and electrical schematics, and blueprints

Principle Duties
- Write, copy, edit, proofread and maintain all documents related to the product’s development
- Manage the production and publishing of documentation
- Write and process CDRL/SDRL
- Generate documents in compliance with Data Item Descriptions
- Assist in proposal writing (RFQ/RFP)
- Determine assembly sequence of all parts and components and create an individual parts list
- Analyze drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency of data for incorporation to manuals
- Write, rewrite and/or edit technical documents such as technical procedure manuals, user manuals, programming manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, and related technical publications to communicate clearly and effectively
- Format documentation in MS Word, PowerPoint, or Excel into templates to be used for future document creation.

Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a technical writer
- Adaptable writing styles that can be tailored to multiple audiences

- Creativity and willing to gain an appropriate level of understanding of subject matters
- Experience with Adobe, Microsoft and other applications

The Manufacturing Test Technician II of Electro-Mechanical systems is primarily focused on avionics and flight test equipment.
