Dixie Crow
The Association of Old Crows is an organization for individuals who have common interests in Electronic Warfare (EW), Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Operations (EMSO), Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Information Operations (IO), and other information related capabilities. The Association of Old Crows provides a means of connecting members and organizations nationally and internationally across government, defense, industry, and academia to promote the exchange of ideas and information, and provides a platform to recognize advances and contributions in these fields.
The Dixie Crows facilitate the objectives of the Association through social events, technical symposia, monthly meetings with guest speakers, and a monthly newsletter. The Chapter recognized the need to create a forum for users, developers, and maintainers of Electronic Warfare systems and components to share information and discuss common challenges, and held its first symposium in 1976. The symposium has become an annual event – attended by representatives from industry, academia and government, some traveling great distances to meet and/or present with us each year. In addition to being a forum for technical interchange, the symposium is also a major fund-raiser – supporting the Dixie Crow Scholarship Fund, and providing donations to various communities and charitable organizations.

Electronic Warfare and Avionics Conference
“Robins Enterprise: Empower, Acquire, Deliver”
HOSTED BY: ROBINS AFB & NDIACG
The Central Georgia NDIA Chapter and Robins AFB are co-hosting a hybrid conference held in person and virtually at the Museum of Aviation, Century of Flight Hangar, 1942 Heritage Blvd, Robins AFB, GA 31098. We look forward to sharing future vision and requirements from our DoD and Robins AFB Leadership that could result in competitive business opportunities for the industry.
The Thursday, 26 March 2026, Robins Requirements Symposium is a one-day event designed to inform the private sector on portfolio focus areas and acquisition forecasts at Robins AFB necessary to accomplish its mission “to provide War Winning Capabilities on Time, and on Cost.” This event accomplishes this goal by bringing interested parties together for a series of presentations by Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) leaders, Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), and other Robins AFB organizations.
These briefings will help characterize the requirements necessary to further the Robins AFB mission. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the capabilities of Robins AFB as well as requirements that will be satisfied by contracts awarded to large and small businesses.
